摘要
以汽车油箱9Ni钢焊接接头为对象,研究不同热输入条件下焊接接头的微观组织和性能。结果表明,热输入为16 k J/cm时,9Ni钢焊接接头的枝晶偏析较弱,热输入为12 k J/cm时,接头的整体硬度值最大,冲击性能达标。
The microstructure and properties of 9Ni steel welding joint under different heat input were studied. The results show that dendrite segregation in the welding joint is weak when the heat input is 16 kJ/cm. The welding joint shows the best hardness when the heat input is 12 kJ/cm, while shows good impact property.
