摘要 为解决某钢厂准450 mm电极锭原匀速浇注方案内部质量较差的问题,设计锭身和冒口成一定浇注时间比的多个变速浇注方案,利用Pro CAST软件进行模拟。对比顶部缩孔分布程度之后从中选取最优方案。对数值模拟结果的分析得出:当电极锭锭身浇注时间与冒口浇注时间比例为3∶7时,浇注效果最好。 In order to solve the problem of the poor internal quality of Φ450 mm electrode ingot constant velocity pouring program, multiple variable speed casting solution of ingot body and head into a certain pouring time ratio were designed and were simulated using Pro CAST software. After comparing the top shrinkage distribution, the optimal scheme was selected. The analysis of the numerical simulation results show that when the electrode body ingot pouring time and riser gating time proportion is 3∶7, the effect of pouring is the best.
