几种快速成型方法在铸造中的应用

快速成型技术主要基于离散-堆积成形原理,是一种先进的制造方法和制造手段。快速成型技术与传统的铸造相结合,不仅可以提升铸造产品的质量,而且可以制造更多的更复杂的铸件,还能够节约成本提高效率。通过对快速成型技术及方法的介绍,进一步阐述了基于快速成型方法的石膏型精密铸造工艺、基于覆膜砂激光快速成型方法的铸造工艺、基于快速成型方法的冷冻铸造工艺等。

Rapid prototyping technology is mainly based on the discrete-accumulation forming principle, it is a kind of advanced manufacturing methods and means. Combining rapid prototyping with traditional casting technology not only can improve the quality of casting products, but also can manufacture more complicated castings, and save cost and improve efficiency. Three kinds of different casting processes based on rapid prototyping technology were introduced, namely： the plaster precision casting technology based on rapid prototyping method, the casting process based on coated sand laser rapid prototyping method and the freeze casting process based on rapid prototyping method.
