摘要
介绍湿型砂生产飞轮壳的铸造工艺设计,利用华铸CAE/Inte CAST模拟软件对所设计的铸造工艺进行浇注、凝固过程仿真模拟,在产品设计阶段可以预测铸件缺陷,进而优化设计方案予以解决。
The casting process design of the Flywheel housing was introduced in production of green sand, and the pouring process and solidification process of the design ed casting process were simulated by the simulation software of Huazhu CAE/Inte CAST. By the analysis of the stimulation results, the potential casting defects were predicted at the part design stage, and then the casting process was optimized.
