简体中文版婴儿喂养态度量表在父亲群体中应用的信效度检验

Reliability and validity of simplifi ed Chinese version of the Iowa infant feeding attitude scale among fathers

目的：探讨婴儿喂养态度量表（IIFAS）在新生儿父亲群体中的信效度。方法：采用简体中文版IIFAS对204位新生儿父亲进行调查，分别用Cronbach’s α系数和探索性因子分析量表的信度和结构效度。结果：简体中文版IIFAS量表各条目的决断值为3.747～7.800，各条目得分与问卷总分的Pearson相关系数为0.287～0.549。总量表的Cronbach’s α系数为0.672，各公因子的Cronbach’s α系数为0.500～0.712。探索性因子分析法抽取4个公因子，累积方差贡献率为54.054%，各条目因素负荷量为0.436～0.885。产后42 d随访显示，纯母乳喂养组与混合喂养组的总分明显高于纯奶粉喂养组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：简体中文版IIFAS具有较好的信效度，可用于我国父亲群体的婴儿喂养态度的调查和研究。

Objective： To test the reliability and validity of simpliifed Chinese version of the Iowa infant feeding attitude scale （IIFAS） among fathers.Methods： Totally 204 fathers were investigated with simpliifed Chinese version of the Iowa infant feeding attitude scale. Cronbach’s alpha and exploratory factor analysis were used to test the reliability and validity of the scale respectively.Results： The critical ratio of the items ranged from to 3.747 to 7.800. The correlation coefifcients between each item with the total score ranged from 0.287 to 0.549. The Cronbach’s alpha was 0.672 and the Cronbach’s alpha of each factor ranged from 0.500 to 0.712. The construct validity was conifrmed by factor analysis and 54.054% variance was explained by 4 factors, the factor loading value ranged from 0.436 to 0.885. The predictive validity was acceptable.Conclusion： The simpliifed Chinese version of the Iowa infant feeding attitude scale is a reliable and valid instrument. It can be used to mea-sure the infant feeding attitude of fathers in China.
