摘要
通过墙体砖压机压制蒸压砖坯实验时得到的油缸位移、压力曲线,确定粉料的压制特性方程,包括压制、摩擦以及脱模特性,对川北方程进行了修正,提高了计算精度;得到摩擦系数与侧压系数的乘积fξ以及随着压缩率变化的规律;并通过试验给出常用的蒸压砖的压制特性方程中的系数,为压机和模具设计以及压制工艺优化提供依据。
