摘要 研究PTTG基因与原发性肝细胞癌 (HCC)发生的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学 (SP法 )和原位杂交 (DNA -RNA)技术检测 6 1例人肝细胞癌和癌旁肝组织中PTTGmRNA和PTTG蛋白的表达。结果 :PTTGmRNA在肝癌和癌旁组织阳性率分别为 72 .1% (44 /6 1)和 93.4 % (5 7/6 1) ,肝癌和癌旁组织PTTG蛋白阳性率分别为 78.7% (48/6 )和 91.8% (5 6 /6 1) ,相关性研究显示PTTGmRNA和PTTG蛋白表达结果关系密切 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 :PTTG基因的过度表达参与了人肝细胞癌的发生发展过程。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between expression of PTTG gene and oncogenesis in human hepatocellular carcinomas(HCC).Methods:Immunohistochemistry (SP method) and in situ hybridization (DNA-RNA) were used to detect the expression of PTTG gene in 61 cases of human hepatocellular carcinomas.Results: The positive rates of PTTG mRNA were 72.1% (44/61) in HCC and 93.4% (57/61) in pericarcinomatous liver tissue, and the positive rates of PTTG protein were 78.7% (48/61) in HCC and 91.8% (56/61) in pericarcinomatous tissue. The expression of PTTG at protein level was significantly correlated with that at mRNA level ( P <0.005).Conclusion:Overexpression of oncogene PTTG may be related to human hepatocellular carcinogenesis.
