HPLC法测定鱼腥草破壁饮片中槲皮素含量

Quantitative determination of Quercetin in Yuxingcao Cell-broken Piece

目的建立鱼腥草破壁饮片中槲皮素含量的HPLC测定法。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil ODS C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸（50∶50）,检测波长为372 nm,流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温为30℃。结果槲皮素在0.220 2~4.440 4μg线性关系良好（r2=1.000 0）,平均加样回收率为100.37%,RSD为3.6%。结论该方法简便、快速,专属性强,重复性及稳定性好,可作为鱼腥草破壁饮片中槲皮素含量的测定方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for quantitative determination of quercetin in Yuxingcao cell-broken pieces.METHODS The HPLC procedure was performed on the Diamonsil ODS C18（ 4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） column at 30 ℃,the mobile phase was methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution（ 50 ∶50） with the flow velocity of 1.0 m L / min,and the detective wavelength was 372 nm. RESULTS The quercetin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.220 2- 4. 440 4 μg（ r2= 1. 000 0）. The average recovery rate was 100. 37% with RSD of 3.6%. CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate with strong specificity,good repeatability and good stability,and can be used for the quantitative determination of quercetin in Yuxingcao cell-broken pieces.
