大株红景天注射液对急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察大株红景天注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效,探讨其治疗急性脑梗死的作用机制并进行临床安全性评价。方法急性脑梗死患者145例,在常规治疗的基础上,随机分为治疗组和对照组;治疗组采用大株红景天注射液10 m L加入250 m L的5%葡萄糖注射液静脉滴注,1日1次,10 d为1疗程;对照组采用丹参注射液10 m L加入250 m L的5%葡萄糖注射液静脉滴注,1日1次,10 d为1疗程。观察比较2组患者的临床疗效和评价安全性,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测2组患者血清中IL-6、TNF-α及CRP水平。结果大株红景天注射液能显著降低急性脑梗死患者血清IL-6、TNF-α及CRP水平(P<0.01),减轻炎症反应,改善近期预后;临床疗效显著,总有效率与对照组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大株红景天注射液治疗急性脑梗死有效,且疗效优于丹参注射液。 OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical curative effect of rhodiola injection in acute cerebral infarction,and to explore its mechanism in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and evaluate its clinical safety. METHODS A total of 145 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. On the basis of conventional treatment,the treatment group with rhodiola injection 10 m L added to 250 m L of 5% glucose injection intravenous drip,1 time a day,10 d for 1 treatment period. The control group with salvia miltiorrhiza injection 10 m L added to 250 m L of 5% glucose injection intravenous drip,1 times a day,10 d for 1 treatment period. The clinical effects of 2 groups were observed and compared. The method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent( ELISA) was used to detect serum IL-6 in both groups,the TNF alpha and CRP levels.RESULTS Rhodiola injection can significantly reduce the serum levels of IL-6 TNF-α and CRP in patients with acute cerebral infarction( P 0. 01),reduce inflammation,and improve the recent prognosis. Clinical curative effect of rhodiola injection is distinct,the total effective rate compared with control group was statistically significant( P0. 05). CONCLUSION Rhodiola injection is effective in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and this effect is greater than salvia miltiorrhiza injection.
