摘要
目的:研究复方坤血停对大鼠药物流产后凝血功能的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法:采用妊娠大鼠灌服米非司酮和米索前列醇造成不完全流产模型,观察复方坤血停对模型大鼠凝血指标及子宫出血量的影响,同时检测血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、血栓素(TXB_2)和6-酮前列腺素(6-Keto-PGF1_α)的水平变化。结果:复方坤血停可明显减少子宫出血量,缩短药物流产模型大鼠血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT),血清TXB_2、E2水平较模型组升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:复方坤血停可明显降低流产模型大鼠子宫出血,其机制可能与其降低凝血因子水平及调节体内激素水平有关。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of Fufang Kunxueting on the coagulation function and its mechanism in rats model of medical abortion. Methods: Incomplete abortion was induced in pregnant rats by perfusion of mifepristone and misoprostol. Then the level of coagulation factor and the amount of uterine haemorrhage were investigated. The change of serum level of E2, P, TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1a in model rats was determined. Results: The results showed that Fufang Kunxueting could decrease the amount of uterine haemorrhage, shorten the PT and TY, and improve the serum level of TXB2 and E2 in model rats( P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Fufang Kunxueting could decrease the risk of the abnormal uterine bleeding, and its mechanism may closely relate with the regulation on coagulation factor and sex hormone.
