Exploration and Innovation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Producing Base Mode

目的:通过对不同基地运营模式的分析比较,寻找出适宜不同情况的基地模式。方法:对常用的几种基地模式的优点、缺点、适用的环境,以产品质量、经济效益、管理成本等为衡量指标进行分析、比较。结果及结论:从质量角度看,农场化管理、大户承包这两种模式有利于药材生产过程的质量控制;从管理成本方面看,"公司+基地+农户"、"公司+产业合作社(协会)+农户"、"政府+龙头企业+农户"等模式,比较节省成本。

Objective： To find out the suitable producing mode for varied circumstances, through comparison and analysis of different base operation mode. Methods： The advantages and disadvantages of common base model, applicable environment, product quality, economic benefits and management cost were served as indexes to analyze and compare. Results and conclusion： From the quality point of view, management of farms and large contracting form benifit the quality control of medicinal materials in the production process. From the perspective of management cost, the ＂company ＋ base ＋ farmers＂, ＂company ＋ cooperative society （Association） ＋ peasant household＂, ＂government ＋ leading enterprises ＋ farmers＂ mode, have advantage of the lower cost.
