摘要
近年来,随着人们对中药安全性研究的深入,硫磺熏蒸对中药材的影响逐渐受到社会的关注和重视,随着分析技术的发展,二氧化硫残留的检测方法不断出现。本文概述了中药材及饮片中二氧化硫残留检测方法的研究进展、二氧化硫残留的限量标准以及目前国内中药材及饮片中二氧化硫残留量的现状。
In recent years, the study on the safety of traditional Chinese medicine is constantly growing. The influence of fumigation with sulfur on medicine is gradually getting social attention and recognition. With the development of analytical techniques, analysis methods of sulfur dioxide residue are appearing. This article summarized the advances in the study of sulfur dioxide residue analysis methods in traditional Chinese medicine and its prepared slices, the standards for sulfur dioxide residue limits, the present status of sulfur dioxide residue in traditional Chinese medicine and its prepared slices.
