摘要
我国钾肥短缺,钾肥产业政策支持建立境外钾肥生产基地,我国目前在老挝建立生产试验基地,但依赖国内现有生产技术设计开发老挝地下固体钾盐矿,工艺不符合当地地质、环境和资源特征,严重制约境外钾肥产业发展,文章通过结合当地实际情况,将磁选、电选和现有钾肥加工工艺结合,探索一套成本低、产量高、能耗低、废水少的氯化钾加工工艺,推动我国境外钾肥产业基地建设和发展。
In our country,potash industrial policy supports the establishment of overseas production bases for the shortage of potash resources. The production test bases are currently established in Laos by our country. But the current process does not comply with the local geology,environment and resource characteristics,which relies on existing domestic production of technical design and development of solid underground potash mine in Laos. This also seriously hampers the development of offshore potash industry. Combined with the local actual situation,the magnetic separation and electrostatic separation are integrated with existing potash processing technology. Then a new potash process was built to promote the construction of our country potash fertilizer bases and offshore industry development,which is low cost,high output,low energy consumption and less potassium chloride waste.
