摘要
近年来,采用BIM技术的建筑设计单位数量快速增长,整体的设计质量有所提高。如何在利用BIM技术提高设计质量的同时,提升设计效率已成为一个亟待解决的关键问题。本文首先阐述了基于BIM的协同化设计的概念和意义,指出必须实现从二维协同设计到三维协同设计的转变才能真正实现BIM设计,进而提出了一套适用于BIM设计的协同化设计方法及流程,包括企业级BIM协同设计手册的编制;BIM项目执行计划的制定;组建工作团队;工作分解;建立协同工作平台以及BIM项目实施。同时,探讨了实施过程中存在的障碍及解决办法,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
The number of building design companies which adopt BIM technology has a rapid growth in recent years, and the overall quality of design has been also improved. How to utilize BIM technology to improve the efficiency of design has become a key issue. This article states the concept and significance of BIM based collaborative design, indicating that real BIM design can only be achieved after the transformation from 2D collaborative design to 3D collaborative design. Then a set of collaborative design methods and processes that are suitable for BIM design are put forward. The processes includes establishing BIM collaborative design manual of a company, making BIM project execution plan, project team formation, work decomposition, establishing cooperative work platform and BIM project execution. Finally, obstacles during the execution of that process and possible solutions, as well as the expectation of BIM based on collaborative design, are discussed.
