摘要 研究了聚酯/聚醚型增塑剂TP-759用量对乙烯丙烯酸酯橡胶(AEM)力学性能及老化性能的影响,并对比了不同硫化体系硫化的AEM硫化胶的性能。结果表明:添加TP-759可使老化前的AEM硫化胶的拉伸强度和撕裂强度下降,拉断伸长率提高到620%;但老化后的AEM硫化胶的拉伸强度和撕裂强度有所增加。胺类硫化剂硫化的AEM具有较优异的性能。 The effect of polyether/polyester type plasticizer TP-759 content on the mechanical properties and aging properties of ethylene methylacrylate elastomer(AEM) was investigated,and the performance of the AEM vulcanizates with different curing system was compared. The results showedthat the tensile strength and tear strength of the unaged AEM vulcanizates was decreased with the addition of plasticizer,but the elongation at break increased up to 620%,while the tensile strength and tear strength of the aged AEM vulcanizates was increased. The performance of AEM vulcanizates with amine curing system was better than other curing system.
