摘要
理论上完成了红外图像传感器信息获取电路的噪声建模,并且分别从仿真和测试两个方面对电路的噪声进行分析.三种分析方法的结果基本相同,均为0.11 m V左右.从原理和实验两个方面证明了基于仪放的模拟信号调理电路可以满足噪声低至0.2 m V的红外探测器航天应用需求.在完成噪声量大小分析的同时进行了噪声频谱特性分析,证明了信息获取电路噪声主要成分是1/f噪声和白噪声,二者均满足高斯分布.
An accuratenoise model was established for the infrared imageinformation acquiring system. In the simulation and test,noise characteristics were analyzed. The results of the three are almost same,about 0.11 m V. Both theory and experiment proved that signal conditioning circuit based on instrumentation amplifier can be used for low-noise infrared detectors. The noise level was analyzed together with the spectral characteristics of the circuit noise. The results showthat the main components of the noise are 1/f noise and white noise. Both of the two meet the Gaussian distribution.
