摘要 以固体火箭发动机(SRM)包覆结构黏接质量检测为研究内容,针对传统超声检测方法难以检测金属-非金属机械贴合型黏接缺陷的问题,利用非线性超声检测方法对其进行检测。制作了含有贴合型缺陷的固体火箭发动机模型,通过构建非线性超声测试系统,有效测量了超声非线性响应信号的基波幅值和二次谐波幅值,计算了超声相对非线性系数,建立了声学非线性系数与界面贴合型缺陷之间的关系。实验结果表明,随着界面贴合型缺陷尺寸的增大,超声相对非线性系数整体呈单调增大趋势,证明了非线性超声检测方法在黏接界面贴合型缺陷检测的有效性。 The adhesive quality of the coating structure of solid rocket motor(SRM)was tested.For the difficulties to detect the adhesive structure of metal-non-metal kissing bonds by the conventional ultrasonic method,the nonlinear ultrasonic testing method was proposed.A SRM model containing kissing bonds was produced,the fundamental amplitude and the second harmonic amplitude of nonlinear ultrasonic response were measured effectively by nonlinear ultrasonic testing system,and the relative ultrasound nonlinear coefficients calculated.Experimental results show that when the kissing bonds increases,the ultrasound relative nonlinear coefficient has an overall monotonous increasing trend.The nonlinear ultrasonic testing method is effective to detect the kissing bonds in adhesive interface.
