A Simulation Model and Algorithm for Multi-runway Airport Departure Allocation

摘要 多跑道作为大型繁忙机场的关键资源和瓶颈区域,在机场运行管理中必须对其进行科学和高效配置。基于经验滑行时间数据,建立了多跑道离场分配模型,在满足场面运行安全约束的前提下,以离场航班滑行时间最小为目标,寻求最优的跑道分配方案。通过选取典型机场进行地面网络建模,结合实际运行数据及航班计划等信息,利用计算机仿真对模型进行了验证分析。仿真结果表明,所提方法与随机分配方法相比,多跑道机场地面容量提高了2.1%,冲突探测与解脱次数降低了20.6%,最大延误时间减小了5.2%。因此,机场运行安全与效率得到改善,所提方法有效,适用于多跑道离场分配问题。 As the key resource and bottleneck area of large busy airports,the multi- runway system needs scientific and efficient allocation in the operation of airports. Based on the historical data of flights,a simulation model was proposed for multi- runway airport departure allocation problem. With security constraints,the model minimized total taxiing time to find the optimal allocation program. Considering the ground network data,operating mode and flight schedules of the multi- runway airport,a departure allocation simulation algorithm was designed and then validated with simulation tools. The results show that compared with the random allocation model,the ground capacity increases by 2. 1%,and the times of conflict detection and resolution decrease by 20. 6%,and the maximal delay reduces by 5. 2%. Therefore,the safety and efficiency of airport surface traffic is improved,and the proposed algorithm is feasible.
