国外叙事医学情报的发展与启示

Development of foreign narrative medical information and its enlightenments

阐述了叙事医学的发展及其重视"病人价值观"对循证医学的补充作用,介绍了日本的"闘病記"、英国的"Patient Voices"、"Database of Individual Patient Experience(DIPEx)"三种国外较为成熟的叙事医学情报的开发和利用模式,对我国医院图书馆开展叙事医学情报工作提出了建议。

After a description of the development of narrative medicine and its complementary role in evidencebased medicine,the 3 mature foreign development and use models of narrative medical information（ Tobyoki,Patient Voices and DIPEx）,suggestions were put forward for providing narrative medical information service in domestic hospital library.
