摘要
优秀人才的管理与激励是当前高校人力资源管理面临的重要课题。本文分析了双因素理论的基本观点对优秀人才管理的启示 ,并以此为线索 。
Administration and Motivation of outstanding talent becomes the present major issue facing personnel resource section in higher institutes.This article analyses the revelation of the double-factored theory to talent administration,and based on which,the strategy for talent administration is put foward.
