摘要
目的调查中医专科护士自主学习能力现状,并分析其影响因素。方法对205名中医专科护士的护理专业思想情况和自主学习能力进行问卷调查。结果 4.88%的专科护士后悔从事护理专业工作,仅11.71%的专科护士有很清晰的职业发展规划,4.88%的专科护士不热爱本专业。专科护士自主学习能力得分为(132.19±16.33)分;学历、接受系统中医院校教育、职称、职业发展规划是中医专科护士自主学习能力的主要影响因素(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护理管理者应关注自主学习水平较低的中医专科护士,有针对性地采取措施提高护士的自主学习能力,以提升中医护理质量。
Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of self- directed learning of specialized nurses in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) hospital. Methods A total of 205 specialized nurses were investigated with nursing professional thinking and self - directed learning ability scale. Results About 4.88% of specialized nurses regretted engaging in nursing work,only 11.71% had clear career development plans,4.88% didnt love this ma- jor. The mean score of self- directed learning ability was ( 132.19±16.33 ). The influencing factors of self - directed learning ability were education, whether accepted systematic education of traditional Chinese medicine, professional title and whether have clear career development plans ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Nursing managers should pay more attention to nurses'self - directed learning ability level and take targeted measures to improve their self - direct- ed learning ability level, in order to enhance the nursing quality of traditional Chinese medicine.
