摘要
目的了解肿瘤医院护士感知组织氛围与职业倦怠现状,并探讨二者之间的关系。方法对560名肿瘤医院护士运用护理组织氛围量表和职业倦怠普适量表进行调查。结果肿瘤医院护士感知组织氛围得分为(3.46±0.49)分,职业倦怠得分为(4.26±0.64)分;感知组织氛围中人际和谐、支持认同和关心员工3个维度是护士职业倦怠的主要影响因素(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论肿瘤医院护理管理者应着重创造良好的组织氛围,降低临床护士职业倦怠水平,提高护理服务质量。
Objective To investigate the current status and relationship of tumor hospital nurse's organizational climate perception and job burnout. Methods Totally,560 nurses in tumor hospitals were selected and investigated using the nursing organizational climate scale and Nurses'Burnout Scale ( NBS). Results The scores of tumor hospital nurse's organizational climate perception and were ( 3.46±0.49) and (4.26±0.64). Three dimensions in organizational climate perception including interpersonal harmony,support and identity and care staff were main influencing factors of job burnout ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Nursing administrators in tumor hospitals should create good organizational climate,in order to reduce nurses'job burnout level and improve the quality of nursing service.
