文章归纳了影响护士离职的关键因素,包括个人因素、工作因素、管理因素和社会因素,讨论针对护士离职现状应采取的对策。在此基础上,对护士离职现状的研究前景进行了展望。
The article summarized the key factors that influenced nurses'turnover,including personal factors,work - related factors, management factors and social factors, and proposed the measures to reduce nurses" turnover. On these bases, the research prospects on nurse turnover was indicated.
