高职助产专业助产学课程实训项目的构建

The construction of practical training course in the specialty of higher vocational midwifery

目的构建高职助产专业助产学课程实训教学模块，为助产学实训教学提供指导。方法结合助产士临床工作内容对助产学课程实训项目进行分类，形成实训项目模块初稿和咨询表，采用Delphi法对咨询表进行论证、修订。结果专家平均权威系数为（0．92±0．05）；各级指标的重要性赋值均数为4．06～5．00，变异系数为0．00～0．14，均符合筛选标准；助产学课程实训项目由助产技能基础、常用助产技术、产褥期护理技术、新生儿护理及急救技术、异常分娩处理技术5个模块22个项目组成。结论助产学实训教学模块编制过程科学、合理，形成的模块终稿内部指标体系可靠，可以指导、组织助产专业助产学实训教学。

Objective To develop the practical teaching module of high vocational midwifery training, and to provide the guidance for the practical training of midwifery. Methods Combining with clinical work, the midwifery training items were classified and revised by Delphi method. Results Average authority coefficient of experts was （0.92 ± 0.05 ） , the importance value of different indicators ranged from 4.06 to 5.00, coefficient variation （CV） ranged from 0.00 to 0.14. The training course was composed of five modules （ twenty - two project components） , which were basis of midwifery, commonly used skills in Midwifery, Nursing technology of the puerperal period, neonatal support and first aid technique, and technology of abnormal delivery. Conclusion The practical training course modules are scientific and reliable which can provide guidance for professional midwifery practice teaching.
