二步到位法配制头孢类药物皮试液的实践与效果

The effectiveness of two step preparation of intradermal test solution of cephalosporins

目的探讨头孢类药物皮试液配制改进方法的效果。方法从溶媒中取10 ml生理盐水稀释1 g头孢曲松,取头孢曲松稀释液0.45 ml,加入余下的溶媒90 ml,即可完成皮试液的配制。比较此方法与传统法在皮试液配制时间的差异以及护士对两种方法的评价。结果改良法头孢菌素类药物皮试配制时间缩短,护士对此方法评价提高(P<0.01)。结论改良法头孢菌素类药物皮试液的配制方法简便、易记、易操作,皮试液的配制用时减少,适合临床推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of two step preparation of intradermal test solution of cephalosporins. Methods The process of preparation of intradermal test solution included diluting 1 g ceftriaxone using 10 ml normal saline, applying 0.45 ml ceftriaxone dilution, and adding the left 90 ml nor- real saline. The time duration and appraises of nurses were compared between the experimental method and the traditional preparation method of intradermal test solution. Results The time duration reduced and appraises of nurses improved in the modified preparation method of intradermal （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The modified preparation method of intradermal is simple, easy to remember and operate, and can save time.
