宣木瓜提取物的体外抗氧化活性研究

A Preliminary Study on the in vitro antioxidant activity in extracts of Chaenomelis Fructus

目的:考察宣木瓜乙醇提取物和水提取物的体外抗氧化活性,为宣木瓜开发利用积累资料。方法:采用1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基(DPPH·)和2,2-连氮基-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS)清除法测定宣木瓜醇提物和水提物清除自由基的能力;并与阳性对照品2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)比较。结果:DPPH自由基清除法测定醇提物的IC50为0.177 mg·m L-1,水提物的IC50为0.309 mg·m L-1;阳性对照BHT的IC50为0.587 mg·m L-1。ABTS自由基清除法醇提物的IC50为0.060 mg·m L-1,水提物的IC50为0.106 mg·m L-1。结论:宣木瓜醇提物和水提物对DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基均具有良好的清除效果,醇提物的抗氧化能力强于水提物。

Objective： To investigate the antioxidant activity of the ethanol extract and the water extract of Chaenomelis Fructus from Xuancheng city,and to provide foundion for effective utilization of Chaenomelis Fructus. Methods： The antioxidant activity of both extracts was tested by measuring their capacity to scavenge DPPH and ABTS radicals and compared with the reference substances of BHT. Results： The IC50 of the ethanol extract / the water extract scavenging DPPH radical and ABTS radical were 0.177 mg·m L^-1 / 0.309 mg·m L^-1,and 0.060 mg·m L^-1 / 0.106 mg·m L^-1,respectively. The antioxidant activity of the extract of Chaenomelis Fructus was higher than BHT. Conclusion： The extracts of ethanol and water of Chaenomelis Fructus from Xuancheng both showed better scavenging effect for DPPH radical and ABTS radical.The antioxidant capacity of the ethanol extract was stronger than the water extracts.
