摘要 COTS产品设计具有的种种优点使其在无人机领域得到了广泛应用,通过对无人机气囊减震回收过程进行分析,提出基于车用安全气囊的无人机减震气囊设计方法;首先对气囊的基本要素进行分析,完成气囊选型;其次对气囊进行适应性设计,完成了气囊设计;最后完成仿真验证,结果表明:该方法合理可行,简化了设计制造流程,降低了采购和维护成本。 Commercial-off-the-shelf( COTS) product design has various advantages,and it was used in the field of UAV widely. A method was presented that using automobile safety airbag as landing by buffer gasbag for UAV. First,selection of gasbag was finished through analyzing recovery demand of the UAV.Secondly,the design of Landing by buffer gasbag was finished through designing the parameters of gasbag.Finally,the method was verified by simulation. The simulation result shows that the proposed method is feasible,and it simplifies the design and manufacturing process,and reduces the purchase costs and ongoing maintenance.
