摘要
针对某供输弹系统协调器中托弹盘翻入输弹线采用行程开关控制,位置控制精度难以保证,影响到弹丸卡膛一致性的问题,引入迭代学习控制作为位置环控制器,设计了一个控制托弹盘翻入输弹线的永磁同步电机控制系统,仿真结果表明:经过多次迭代学习后,位置控制误差趋于一个稳定值,有利于提高弹丸的卡膛一致性,从而提高火炮射击精度。
In the shell transfer arm of ramming system,the control system of bomb disk plunged into ramming care line is the trip switch control system,and its position control accuracy is difficult to guarantee.We used iterative learning control as the position loop controller and designed a PMSM control system for controlling the bomb disk to plunge into ramming care line. The simulation result shows that the position control error tends to be a stable value after several iterative learning. And the consistency of bayonet chamber of gun is improved,so does the firing accuracy of artillery.
