摘要 通过分析单向交通的优缺点,研究单向交通对城市环境与能源消耗的影响。对单向交通实施后的环境质量提出量化标准,分析单向交通组织引起的汽车尾气排放、燃油消耗以及噪声等对环境的影响,构建评价指标体系,给出指标的计算方法。运用模糊综合评价模型,建立指标的隶属度函数,对环境影响等级进行客观评价,并通过实例验证该模型的有效性。 By analyzing advantages and disadvantages of one- way traffic,this paper studies influences of one- way traffic on urban environment and consumption of energy resources. The paper proposes quantitative standards for environmental quality after implementation of one- way traffic, analyzes influences of vehicle exhaust emission,consumption of fuel and noise,etc. caused by one- way traffic organization,establishes evaluation index system and presents computing methods for indices. The paper establishes subordinating degree function of indices by means of fuzzy synthetic evaluation model to evaluate grades of environmental influences objectively and verifies the effectiveness of this model via examples.
