内掺粉煤灰对普通硅酸盐水泥性能影响的实验研究

Experimental study of effect of admix fly ash on the performance of ordinary portland cement

研究了内掺粉煤灰对普通硅酸盐水泥性能的影响。结果表明,粉煤灰的掺量会影响水泥的细度,以掺量15%为临界值,只有当掺量大于15%时才能增大水泥细度,提高水泥强度。尽管随着时间的推移,粉煤灰对水泥净浆的强度影响会慢慢减小,但粉煤灰的掺入有效减轻了水泥的质量,可以在制作轻质保温材料中发挥优势。

By studying the effect of admix fly ash used in the performance of ordinary portland cement.The results showed that the mixing amount of fly ash will affect the fineness of cement,when the mixing amount of fly ash was 15% that was as the critical value,only when the mixing amount of fly ash is more than 15% can increase the cement fineness,improve the strength of cement. Although with the passage of time,the impact of fly ash on the strength of cement paste will slowly decrease,but the incorporation of fly ash effectively reduce the quality of the cement can advantage in the production of lightweight thermal insulation material.
