摘要
公共精神是指个体以独立的主体身份,理性参与公共事务,以不妨碍他人为前提,以共同感为出发点体验公共生活,个体自身在其中形成了公共领域所要求的道德判断和道德情怀为依归的价值取向。公共精神来自生活方式转变的现实需要,文章从善意的陶冶、共同感的强化、他律的规范三个方面对公共精神的培养路径进行了论述和分析。
Public spirit refers to the individual as an independent subject,the rational to participate in public affairs,on the premise of not interfering with others and with common sense experience as the starting point of public life,in which the individual itself form required by the public sector the value orientation of moral judgment and moral feelings are made.Public spirit comes from the practical needs of lifestyle change.This article discussed and analyzes three aspects of the cultivation of public spirit path including mold of goodwill,common sense,heteronomy to strengthen the specification.
