阳光体育背景下中职校开展课外体育活动的调查及对策研究

Research on Extracurricular Sports Activities and Strategies in the Background of Sunny Sports in Vocational School

本文采用问卷调查、文献资料,数理统计和访谈等方法,对上海三所中职学校学生参加课外体育锻炼的情况进行了调查与分析,了解中职校学生对阳光体育内涵、参加课外体育锻炼的必要性、参加课外体育锻炼的兴趣、参加课外体育锻炼的动机等的认识,提出在阳光体育的背景下提高学生参加课外体育活动兴趣的对策。

In this paper,questionnaires,documents literature,statistics and interviews as well as other research methods are adopted to survey and analyze how students participate in extracurricular sports activities based on the situation in three vocational schools in shanghai in order to know vocational school students＇ understanding about Sunny Sports and the necessity to attend sports activities,as well as their interests and motivation of participating in extracurricular sports activities.At the same time,this paper also analyzes the problems existing and proposes the solutions or strategies to motivate students＇ participation in extracurricular sports activities in the background of Sunny Sports.
