摘要
人并非单纯地靠理性来支配,不时还要受到思维和行为的惯性制约。把行为规范的期待变成相对稳定的习惯,必须经由一个知、情、意、行相统一,并从"外化"到"内化"的转变过程。教育工作者应充分发挥自身的主导作用,深入分析当下小学生行为习惯养成教育存在的问题与原因,建构一个科学、完善的行为习惯养成教育的策略体系,力求把小学生素质教育真正落到实处。
Man is not simply controlled by rational,but also constrained by the inertia of thinking and behavior from time to time.Changing expectations of the code of conduct into relatively stable habits,must go through the unification process of a line knowledge,feeling,idea,behavior and the transformation process from external to the internal.Educators should fully play a leading role,based on the existing problems of pupils' behavior habit education,and to seek the new method.Strive to build a scientific and perfect strategy system on pupils' behavior habit nurturance education,in order to implement pupils' quality education.
