血浆内皮素、一氧化氮与视网膜中央静脉阻塞的关系 被引量:2

Plasma endothelin and nitric oxide concentrations in patients with central retinal vein occlusions

摘要 目的探讨血清内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)在视网膜中央静脉阻塞(CRVO)发病中的作用。方法采用放免分析法检测30例CRVO患者和30例健康人及28例无并发症的高血压患者血清ET-1、NO浓度,由专人测定并进行统计学分析。结果 CRVO组血清中ET-1的浓度与正常对照组和高血压对照组相比明显增高(P<0.01),缺血组与非缺血组比较ET-1浓度显著增高(F值=4.029,P<0.01);CRVO组血清中NO浓度与正常对照组和高血压对照组相比明显降低,缺血组与非缺血组比较NO浓度显著降低(F值=5.012,P<0.01)。结论 CRVO患者血清中存在ET浓度的增高和NO浓度的降低,ET和NO参与了CRVO的发病过程,两者在CRVO的发生与发展过程中起重要作用。ET和NO可能反映CRVO患者视网膜缺血的程度。 Objective To clarify the possible involvement of endothelin-1(ET-1) and nitric oxide(NO) in the pathogenesis of central retinal vein occlusion(CRVO). Methods ET-1 and NO plasma concentrations were determined by radio immunoassays in a double blind fashion in a group of 30 patients selected with CRVO, in 30 healthy cases and in28 patients with uncomplicated essential hypertension in the same age range, the data were analyzed statisticly. Results The concentration of ET-1 plasma levels of CRVO patients increased significantly compared with both normal subjects and hypertensive patients(P〈0.01). The higher concentration of circulating ET-1 were found in patients with CRVO of the ischaemic type(F=4.029, P〈0.01). The NO plasma levels of CRVO patients decreased significantly compared with both normal subjects and hypertensive patients. The lower concentration of circulating NO were found in patients with CRVO of the ischaemic type(F=5.012,P〈0.01). Conclusion These findings raise the possibility that the increase of circulating ET-1 levels and the decrease of circulating NO levels in patients with CRVO, ET and NO may be markers of the occlusive event, there by suggesting that ET-1 and NO homeostasis may be relevant to CRVO pathogenesis and retinal ischaemic manifestations.
