温针灸治疗寒湿腰痛的效果分析

Effect analysis of warm acupuncture in treatment of cold-damp lumbago

目的探讨温针灸在治疗寒湿腰痛方面的临床应用价值。方法将2011年1月~2014年3月间我院针灸科收治的80例寒湿腰痛患者随机分为观察组及对照组,对照组患者实施常规针刺治疗,观察组患者实施温针灸治疗,连续治疗20 d后观察两组患者的临床治疗效果及疼痛评分情况（VAS）。结果观察组患者的临床有效率为87.5%,对照组临床有效率为62.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;在疼痛评分方面,治疗后观察组的VAS评分为（2.17±0.51）,对照组VAS评分为（5.37±1.43）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论温针灸治疗寒湿腰痛可明显提高其临床治疗效果,有效缓解患者的疼痛,有利于改善患者预后。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of warming needle moxibustion in treatment of cold-damp lumbago. Methods Eighty cases of cold dampness patients with lumbago were randomly divided into observation group and control group who were treated in our hospital acupuncture from January 2011 to March 2014. The control group was given conventional acupuncture treatment, the observation group was given warming needle moxibustion treatment,and after 20 days, the clinical therapeutic effect and the visual analogue scale of two groups were compared. Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 87.5%, and the control group was only 62.5%,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. The VAS of the observation group was（2.17±0.51）, was higher than the control group（5.37±1.43）, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Warming needle moxibustion in treatment of cold dampness lumbago can obviously improve the clinical therapeutic effect, effectively reduce the pain of patients, and it is conducive to improving the prognosis of patients.
