柴胡建中汤治疗小儿虚寒腹痛临床分析

Clinical analysis of Bupleurum Jianzhong decoction in the treatment of pediatric deficiency-cold abdominal pain

目的观察柴胡建中汤用于小儿虚寒腹痛的临床治疗效果。方法 60例虚寒腹痛患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予柴胡建中汤治疗,对照组行远红外治疗仪物理治疗,对比两组患儿腹痛改善效果。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,明显优于对照组的53.3%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后疼痛程度均比治疗前减轻,且治疗组疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柴胡建中汤用于治疗小儿虚寒腹痛可以有效改善腹痛症状,降低腹痛复发率,具有推广价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bupleurum Jianzhong decoction applied for pediatric deficiency-cold abdominal pain. Methods A total of 60 children with deficiency-cold abdominal pain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group received Bupleurum Jianzhong decoction for treatment, and the control group received physiotherapy by far infrared therapeutic equipment. Comparison was made on improvement of abdominal pain between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%, which was obviously better than 53.3% of the control group（P〈0.05）. Both groups had decrease in pain degree after treatment, and pain in the treatment group was slighter than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bupleurum Jianzhong decoction can effectively improve symptom and reduce recurrence rate in the treatment of pediatric deficiency-cold abdominal pain, and it contains promotion value.
