3D打印切模辅助全膝关节置换术的手术护理配合

Surgical nursing cooperation in 3D printing model cutting based total knee arthroplasty

目的探讨3D打印切模辅助全膝关节置换术的护理配合。方法回顾性分析15例采用3D打印切模辅助全膝关节置换术患者的临床资料,总结术前准备、手术中体位摆放、器械管理及配合、手术环境管理等护理经验。结果通过良好的医护配合,15例患者均顺利完成手术,术中未出现不良事件及并发症;15例患者平均手术时间2 h,术中平均出血量350 ml,手术后1个月追踪随访膝关节功能满意。结论充分的术前准备,良好的医护配合,密切的术中观察是确保3D打印切模辅助全膝关节置换术成功的关键。

Objective To investigate nursing cooperation in 3D printing model cutting based total knee arthroplasty. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 15 cases of 3D printing model cutting based total knee arthroplasty. Summarization was made on the nursing experience of preoperative preparation, intraoperative body position, instrument management and cooperation, and surgery environment. Results With good medical cooperation, all the 15 patients received successful surgery, and there were no adverse events and complications. The average operation time of 15 patients was 2 h, and the average intraoperative bleeding volume was 350 ml. Follow-up for 1 month after operation showed satisfactory knee function. Conclusion Sufficient preoperative preparation, good medical nursing, and close intraoperative observation are the key for successful 3D printing model cutting based total knee arthroplasty.
