放散式冲击波配合运动练习及穴位冲击治疗冻结肩疗效观察 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨放散式冲击波(Radial Shock Wave Therapy,RSWT)联合肩关节运动及辩证循经取穴治疗冻结肩临床疗效。方法将132例患者分为A组、B组和C组,每组44例。A组应用放散式冲击波治疗疼痛区域,B组放散式冲击波治疗疼痛区域同时配合肩关节主动及被动运动;C组在B组治疗方法的基础上,配合辩证循经取穴治疗。比较3组治疗前后的疼痛、肩关节前屈上举活动度(ROM)、肩关节活动范围、日常生活能力(ADL)及临床疗效。结果 3组患者治疗后肩关节疼痛明显减轻、肩关节活动度及活动范围明显改善,日常生活能力提高(P值分别<0.01),且C组临床疗效优于A组及B组。结论放散式冲击波配合肩关节运动及辩证循经取穴治疗冻结肩可明显提高临床疗效,值得推广。 Objective To evaluate the curative effects of radial shock wave therapy(RSWT)on acupoints along the channel with shoulder exercise in the therapy of frozen shoulder. Methods 132 patients were divided into A,B and C group,A group used RSWT treat pain place,B group used RSWT treat pain place combined with shoulder active and passive activities,C group used RSWT treat pain place combined with shoulder active and passive activities,in the mean time treated the acupoints along the related channel.The pain,ability of motion (ROM) ,activities of daily living (ADL) and clinical efficacy were recorded. Results Compared to pre -treatment, the pain score, ROM,function,ADL and clinical efficacy were better than the post-treatment (P〈0.01),and the effi- cacy of group C was better than group A and group B. Conclusion RSWT on acnpoints along the channel with shoulder exercise takes great advantage over the RSWT only, RSWT is worth to clinical application and popularization.
