双气囊小肠镜的临床应用现状

Current status of double-balloon endoscope in clinical practice

现代内镜技术的发展不仅依赖于内镜本身的改良,内镜附件的不断更新也显著地推动了其进展。双气囊小肠镜(doubleballoon endoscope,DBE)在过去10年的时间里革命性地探索着深部小肠疾病。另外,单气囊小肠镜和螺旋管小肠镜的产生进一步充实了小肠内镜系统。但是,内镜技巧、放射学显影和小肠的解剖特点等方面的因素影响了镜下治疗的操作完成。本文就DBE技术发展的现状作一概述。

Advances in modern endoscopy depends not only on the endoscope development but also the improved availability of endoscopic accessories. The advent of double-balloon endoscope （ DBE） during the last decade revolution-ized the management of deep small bowel disorders. Subsequent to it, further additions to the small bowel endoscope ar-mamentarium were made with the development of the single-balloon endoscope and spiral endoscope. However, endo-scopic skill, radiological assistance, and anatomical features of small-bowel influence the completion of endoscopic ther-apy. The aim of this article is to review current advances in DBE.
