摘要 目的探讨超声弹性成像技术在甲状腺结节诊断中的价值。方法选择我院患者108例145个结节性病灶,分别进行常规超声检查及超声弹性成像检查,以病理诊断结果为标准进行对照分析。结果超声弹性成像法诊断甲状腺恶性结节的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测率、阴性预测率分别为83.3%、96.3%、88.2%、94.6%。结论超声弹性成像技术在诊断甲状腺结节的良恶性方面有重要价值。 Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonic elastography in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules. Methods We chose 108 patients with 145 nodules of our hospital, conducted ultrasonic routine scan and ultrasonic elastography inspection respectively, and then, made contrast analysis according to the criterion of the result of pathology diagnosis. Re- suits The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive rate and negative predictive rate with ultrasonic elastography in the diagnosis of thyroid malignant nodules are 83.3%, 96.3 %, 88.2%, 94.6% respectively. Conclusion The technique of ultrasonic elastography plays an important role in the diagnosis of the benign or malignant thyroid nodules.
