外伤性肾上腺出血的多层螺旋CT诊断

Multislice spiral CT diagnosis of traumatic adrenal hematomas

目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在外伤性肾上腺出血诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析8例外伤性肾上腺出血的MSCT影像表现及随访情况。结果 8例肾上腺出血发生于右侧,均为肿块型。CT表现为类圆形或椭圆形高密度影。复查过程中血肿缩小,密度逐渐减低。结论 MSCT扫描对外伤性肾上腺出血的诊断有重要价值。CT复查及增强扫描有助于肾上腺出血的诊断及鉴别诊断。

Objective To evaluate the value of multislice spiral CT in diagnosing the traumatic adrenal hematomas. Methods The multislice spiral CT image manifestations and follow-up of 8 cases of traumatic adrenal hematomas were analyzed retrospectively. Results 8 cases of traumatic adrenal hematomas were mass type on right side. CT manifestations was round or oval with high density shadow. During follow-up, the hematomas became smaller and density was lower. Conclusion Multisliee spiral CT has an important value in the diagnosis of traumatic adrenal hematomas. CT reexamination and enhanced scaning may help to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis for adrenal hematomas.
