后肾腺瘤的CT诊断

CT diagnosis of metanephric adenoma of the kidney

目的探讨后肾腺瘤的CT表现特点和病理特征。方法回顾分析5例经病理证实为后肾腺瘤患者的临床、病理及CT表现。结果 5例后肾腺瘤均为单发病灶,CT平扫肿瘤密度多均匀,增强扫描肿瘤轻中度强化。结论后肾腺瘤是一种少见肾肿瘤,CT对其诊断及鉴别诊断有一定意义,其影像特征有助于术前诊断。

Objective To evaluate the CT characteristics of metanephric adenoma so as to improve the diagnostic accuracy. Methods Clinical and CT images of 5 patients with histologically proved metanephric adenoma of the kidney were analyzed retrospectively. Additionally, CT finding were summarized. Results All cases appeared as solitary lesion. The lesions appeared homogemeous density on unenhanced CT images. There were mild to moderate heterogeneous enhancement on enhanced CT. Conclusion Metanephric adenoma is a rare tumor of the kidney. CT characteristics of this disorder are helpful for reoperative diagnosis and guiding surgical therapy.
