摘要
对老练后电容解容量、损耗变化的原因进行了研究。基于电磁学和分子物理学分析了电偶极子在外电场受力,讨论了介电常数在外环境条件下的变化,解释了导致电容的容量、损耗变化的原因。定性分析了在外场强及电老练后容量、损耗变化的方向,以及去老练应力的时间。
The changing reasons of capacitance and loss of capacitors were studied in this paper.The force of the electric dipole in the electric field was analyzed based on electromagnetism and molecular physics.The change of dielectric constant in the environment was discussed.The reasons causing the change of dielectric constant and dissipation coefficient of capacitors were explained.The variation trend of the characterization of capacitors after aging was analyzed,and so was the time of aging stress eliminating.
