摘要
随着经济发展,消费者购买力加强,汽车市场不断扩大。与此同时,民营汽车品牌强势进入市场,市场竞争越来越激烈,汽车厂商需要推动新型营销方式去拓展销售渠道,寻找新市场。本文结合当今汽车市场环境与未来发展趋势,运用层次分析法,结合定性分析与定量分析,从客户体验的角度介绍网络4S店这一新营销方式及不同网络4S店模式的优劣,得出汽车企业更适宜采用自营方式的网络4S店进行电子销售。
As the economic develops rapidly, the consumption capacity have become much more higher, the automobile market have grown much larger. The privately operated auto company have tried to share the market and intense the competition of automobile market. More and more companies have to find a new way to sell. This paper use AHP model to analyse different strategies of online 4S shop and try to figure out which way is better for customers' experience and find that prop 4S shop is a much better way.
