摘要
介绍了球墨铸铁曲轴圆角滚压的强化机理,比较浅滚压和深滚压的优缺点,探讨了影响滚压质量的一些因素。实验研究表明:氮化能提高球铁曲轴疲劳强度的20%-60%;轴颈淬火能使球铁曲轴的疲劳强度提高20%;圆角滚压能使球铁曲轴的疲劳强度提高80%-180%,是实现曲轴"以铁代钢"的关键工艺。

The studies showed that: Nitriding can make the fatigue strength of nodular iron crankshaft to improve 20% -60% ; Journal quenching can make the fatigue strength of nodular iron crankshaft to improve 20% ; Rolling can make the fatigue strength of nodular iron crankshaft to improve 80% -180% , it is the key technology to achieve "replacing steel with iron" for crankshaft.
