主断路器是机车与接触网之间电气连通、分断的总开关,是机车上最重要的保护设备。在运用过程中一旦主断路器发生故障,很可能会导致发生行车设备故障。从主断路器工作、控制原理着手,结合实际过程中碰到的主断路器活故障分析了故障原因并提出了相应的对策。

Main circuit breaker is the main switch of electrical connectivity and disjunction between locomotives and catenary,and is the most important protective equipment of locomotives.Once the failure of main circuit breaker occurs,it is likely to lead to the running equipment fault.Based on the working and control theory of main circuit breaker and the live faults in the actual process,this paper analyzes the fault reason,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
