摘要
过盈联接装配是广泛应用在生产中的一道装配工艺,智能判定过盈装配的质量好坏有着十分重要的意义。阐述了一种对过盈装配质量进行判断的判定法则。在采用压装力-位移曲线判断的基础上,对带有锥度的锥孔的压装合件的质量判定方法进行了改进。通过分析结果完善了各种工况下合格与不合格判据的制定,对压装机质量监控系统的完善有着明确的参考意义。
The assembly interference connection is an assembly technology and is widely used in the production process. It is very important to judge the quality of assembly intelligently. This paper expounded a kind of judge criterion of the interference assembly quality. Based on previous press mount- ing force displacement curve of judgment, we put forward some improvement in the judging of the cone with a taper assembling quality alloy parts. The analyzing of results improves qualified and unqualified criterion formulation under different working conditions, which has a definite guiding significance on the perfection of power quality monitoring system.
