摘要 基于DPM离散相模型,通过FLUENT软件对后混喷嘴内的磨料颗粒运动轨迹进行仿真和分析。引用二方程模型中的RNG k-ε模型,得出了后混喷嘴内的静压分布和湍动能分布。通过改变磨料粒径的大小和入口速度,分析研究颗粒的运动情况。模拟结果表明:颗粒粒径和颗粒入口速度都会影响粒子的加速运动,进而影响切割效果。分析得出了不同粒径粒子的最佳进口速度和最佳颗粒粒径,并从减小喷嘴磨损和提高射流效果方面优化混合过程。实验结果与仿真结果相符,验证了仿真的正确性。 Based on the discrete phase model of'FLUENT software, the simulation and analysis of the abrasive particle trajectory were carried on in the post-mixed abrasive focusing tube. Referring to the RNG k -ε model, the turbulent kinetic energy distribution and static pressure distribution in the postmixed nozzle were obtained. By changing the size of the abrasive panicle size and inlet velocity, panicle movement was analyzed. Simulation results show that the particle size and the inlet velocity which is too big or too small can affect the acceleration of the particle movement and thus affect the cutting effect. The best entrance velocity of different size panicles and the best particle size were obtained, which can optimize the mixing process from the aspect of reducing nozzle wear and improving the cutting effect. The experimental results are consistent with the simulation.
