Research on Status Quo and Countermeasures of Tianjin Electronic Information Industry Based on Patent Information

利用CNIPR专利信息服务平台检索电子信息产业的专利信息,从申请人分布、专利聚集度、热点技术分布、专利合作、专利质量等角度分析比较了天津、北京、深圳及上海等地区的产业发展情况,并就天津市未来如何提高电子信息产业的创新能力、技术产业化水平提出对策与建议。

The patent information service platform from China Intellectual Property （CNIPR）, this article made a contrastive analysis on Tianjin electronic information industry with Beijing, Shenzhen and Shanghai, which includes distribution of patent applicant, aggregation index of patent, hot issue of technical field, patent cooperation and patent quality. On this foundation, the paper gave some coun- termeasures in improving the innovation capability and the technology industrialization level of Tianjin＇s electronic information industry.
