牛牙症3例及文献回顾 被引量：1

摘要 牛牙症是一种少见的牙体畸形,以牙髓腔冠根向膨大、根分叉向根方移位、牙根短小为特征,其颈溢痕不明显甚至消失。牛牙症在人群中的发生率为0.61%-11.3%[1-2],常发生于磨牙及前磨牙,通常无自觉症状,当患牙产生牙髓病变时,其特殊的髓腔形态常给根管治疗造成困难。现报告3例不同类型的牛牙症。
